Over the last two home games, the JFA have been assisting the football club in collecting chocolate Easter eggs, in aid of a local charity, Home-Start Essex. The initiative was led by club volunteer and our very own Media Manager, Lee Witney.

The clubs fantastic fan base have displayed their fantastic generosity in supporting our Easter Egg collection over the last two home fixtures, soon after our amazing Christmas Foodbank collection. Over 300 eggs have generously been donated in the last few weeks, in aid of Home-Start.
Home-Start are a charity working in the Maldon District and across the UK, providing support to new families and to families who are going through their toughest of times. Being a parent has never been as easy job, but even more so in the current climate. Home-Start provide support and resources for parents to help overcome their challenges and hopefully ease the burden of parenting.
The donations will now be passed onto grateful children who might not be receiving them otherwise.
Everyone at the JFA would like to thank the football club for running the collection and to everyone who donated to the cause.
